VACANCY - Export Territory Manager

Full time permanent role, Monday to Friday Exeter, UK

Reporting directly to the Manager, this exciting and wide-ranging role will enable the right candidate to develop a career within a market leading agricultural parts business.

Duties and responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service and support - Responsibility for maintaining and achieving sales and profitability goals through multiple sales channels and countries across Europe - Deliver new business and growth opportunities, conduct customer visits, provide market feedback, and support new Portfolio recommendations. - Develop sales plans, provide forecasts, and support marketing strategies - Provide training to customers on use of systems and processes - Regular travel to Europe

To be successful in this role, you will the following skills and attributes: - Ability to demonstrate experience and knowledge of working within a regional sales or product support background, preferably from within the agricultural industry but not essential - Proven track record of customer support and a knowledge of distribution channels - Tactical planning and key account management skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and communications skills - Foreign language skills would be an advantage but not essential - A good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs - Engineering or parts service background is desirable but not essential

VACANCY - LOGISTICS MANAGER

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this exciting and wide-ranging role will enable the right candidate to develop a career within a market leading agricultural parts business.

Duties and responsibilities: - Provides day-to-day work direction to the team to ensure that both the import and export process is properly executed in compliance to regulatory processes and governmental legislation. - Analyses the impact of business and process changes on the import and export process to include problem resolution and initiating. - Communicates and implements changes to ensure non-interruption or minimal interruption to the procurement and export process. - Initiates and executes continuous improvement projects, working with partners, customers and 3rd party logistics (3PL’s). - Provides leadership and direction by coaching counselling, mentoring and evaluation of staff members through performance management tools. - Prepares export documentation, forwarding and invoicing instructions based upon the customer / partner profile and/or letter of credit to ensure that products are exported in a timely manner with proper documentation to the receiving party and in compliance with all governmental regulations. - Identifies, develops, analyses and publishes metrics for the procurement and export process. - Responsible for Dangerous Goods distribution, and audit assessment.

To be successful in this role, you will the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to demonstrate experience and knowledge of working within a logistics environment, dealing

with both import and export queries, as well as Dangerous Goods distribution. - Proven track record of customer support and a knowledge of distribution channels, regulatory process compliance and legislation. - Tactical planning and key account management skills. - Ability to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and communications skills. - A good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.

VACANCY - NEW PRODUCT COORDINATOR - ACCESSORIES

Reporting into the Portfolio Supervisor, the successful candidate will have key responsibilities to develop, maintain and grow the Vapormatic and JD Accessories portfolios within UK and EU markets, in line with customer & business needs through disciplined reviews of the existing portfolio and project management to introduce new products. The Product Coordinator role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, sales success, and operational efficiencies.

Ideally, the successful candidates will have a background in an Engineering/Technology/Agricultural discipline or equivalent, along with extensive product or service development process knowledge.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven individual who can work on their own initiative, integrates with wide team of stakeholders, and has a willingness to be flexible to meet the demands of the role.

The essential skill set includes: sound commercial acumen, a good command of written and spoken English, as well as competence with the elements of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel. Candidates must possess a good work ethic and be able to manage time and resources to deliver business goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need: - Knowledge of the Agricultural sector, customer needs and market trends - Experience within whole goods and parts businesses - Understanding of importance of customer satisfaction - B2B experience, ideally within commercial and retail environment - A good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent communication and organizational skills
