Vapormatic Stockist of the Year Announced

After much anticipation, the Vapormatic Stockist of the Year award has finally been announced. Presented for the financial year 2007/2008, the Stockist of the Year award is open to any of our 80 Vapormatic stockists regardless of their category. The awards mark exceptional performance amongst the network of UK Vapormatic Stockists that have demonstrated excellence in all areas of their business including sales growth and presentation, professionalism, quality of service, support and commitment to the Vapormatic brand.

All of our stockists have worked hard to drive their businesses forward during this difficult time, but it was R C Boreham & Co of Chelmsford that stood out to become Vapormatic's Stockist of the year for 2007/2008.

In the past year Roy Boreham and his team have worked exceptionally hard to maintain their quality of service whilst offering a wide selection of product to their customers.  Nick Lee, Vapormatic UK Sales Manager was very pleased to hand over the award to Roy and his team, saying, "R. C. Boreham & Co. have demonstrated excellence in all areas of their business, from sales growth and presentation to professionalism and quality of service and this is why they are very deserving of this award.

R. C. Boreham's association with the Vapormatic Company began back in the early 1970s and we now see three generations actively involved in the Company. Of course, we must not forget Stuart, Parts Manager, who, although is not shown in the picture, is so very well respected."

Accepting the award, Roy said, "It is a wonderful surprise that we have won this award, but over the years we have gone from strength to strength and this award is recognition of the hard work that my team has contributed."

In addition to our Stockist of the Year award, Vapormatic also gave out one award to each stockist category, these being:

• Premier Stockist of the Year:
• Category A Stockist
• Category B Stockist
• Category C Stockist

The Premier Stockist of the Year award went to K M Parts Group in Chippenham for their excellent customer service and increasing sales growth.

Hughes Bros in Shropshire are rightful winners of the Category A prize for their successful growth this year and their determination to grow further with the construction of a new parts showroom.

Category B winners were Robertsons of Orkney, the most northerly area stockist that Vapormatic have. Once visited them you reflect on how friendly the staff are, and the experience and knowledge that the parts staff has, contributes to the success of this company.

And finally, Top Link scooped the category C prize. Barry Hearn's sheer grit and determination has led him to have a very successful parts business. His pride in his excellent customer service and variety of product on the shelves has helped him to achieve this award.

Vapormatic would also like to announce the addition of two new stockists to our network. Smallridge Bros in Barnstable, North Devon and Truro Farm Machinery in Truro, Cornwall.
