Vapormatic Stockist Runs for Charity

Over 1,700 runners from 183 Essex businesses took part in the 12th Race for Business on Wednesday 30 June, on what proved to be the hottest race to date.
The first man across the finishing line was Will Wright of Baker Tilly, who completed the 3½ mile run in 17:32 minutes.
The first woman across the finishing line was Karen Goode of Moulsham High School, who completed her run in 20:17 minutes.
The winning team was M & G Investments with Laurence Mumford, Martin Windsor, and Phil Claydon picking up the prize with an average team time of 19:49 minutes.
The R C Boreham Challenge Cup this year was won by Matt Boreham who successfully lifted it from Ben Brett who has won it for the last two years. The Challenge is for members of the R C Boreham team, who compete for the fastest time.
Since the first Race for Business in 1998 over £370,000 has been raised for various charities.
