The 2009 Vapormatic Photo Competition, in association with Tractor and Farm Trader magazine has once again provided a rich showcase of farming around the UK. We received hundreds of entries into the 4 categories: Modern Farm Machinery at Work, Classic Farm Machinery at Work, Workshop and Farm Life.

Judging the winners was not easy, but after much debate the final few were chosen. So without further ado, here is the rundown...
Overall Winner
The judges were delighted to award the top honours to Jon Bailey's Farm Life submission. A less obvious subject choice, this image combines spontaneity and humour to create a truly memorable photograph.
