Vapormatic would like to thank everybody who visited our stand to ask us questions and check out some of our new introductions. Some of the most popular products on show were our new Ford 3 cylinder Short Motor (VPB8024), which can help you to budget a single expense for the majority of your engine rebuild, and our new Immobiliser (VLC5501), a device used to protect your vehicle against theft. As in previous shows we also had on stand our reversing cameras, a display showing the last additions to our range of Genius tools, Paint accessories and a wide selection of parts for All-Makes.
At the same time we'd like to congratulate the teams of Bicton and Lackham colleges and B.O.A.T. (Bicton Overseas Agricultural Trust) Organization.
The teams of Bicton and Lackham formed by students and teachers from both colleges were stripping a Massey Ferguson T20 each before racing head to head to see who could rebuild it in the fastest time. The competition attracted a big audience, who were witness to some amazing rebuilding times that went under eight and half minutes.
B.O.A.T. also did very well, selling off all their tickets for the raffle of the David Brown 880 Selectomatic, which was restored in 24 hours by Bicton College students using parts donated by Vapormatic. All the money collected with these tickets is dedicated to "Training the trainers" which helps to improve agricultural techniques and procedures in developing countries.
