The ultimate in puncture prevention

Rapid-seal is an exceptional product which prevents punctures. This excellent product will not separate and will provide protection for the legal life of the tyre. It is water soluble and therefore can be simply washed out with a hose. In short this product enables you to fit the tyre and forget about it until such time as it is worn out!

How it works:

As the tyre rotates, the product spreads evenly over the inside surface. Immediately a puncture occurs, the air pressure in the tyre forces millions of fibre particles and fillers suspended in the sealant to interlock and form a plug which prevents any further air loss. This action will be completed within two or three revolutions of the wheel. It happens so fast that the driver may not know a puncture has happened. Later, when the tyre is inspected, if the nail or the cause of the puncture is still there, it can be removed.

The solution also contains a corrosion inhibitor which protects the wheels rim.

Puncture Repair

	VLD6031 - Tyre repair kit This versatile inner tube repair set contains a large variety of different sized patches to enable you to quickly repair punctures in a variety of different sized tubes. This kit also contains a number of tools to help with puncture repair and all of this is contained within a robust carry case for easy storage.
	VLD6032 - ATV Tyre repair kit ATV/Quad bike tyre repair kit. Contains 50 repair strings and the necessary tools to complete the repair. The advantage of this quick and simple to use kit is that the repair can be made whilst the tyre is still on the rim, ultimately saving you time!
	VLD6053 Tyre repair kit A compact tube repair kit containing various patches. An ideal emergency kit, due to its compact container. The patches have double scalloped edges to ensure excellent bonding and 100% vulcanisation. They also have feathered edges to ensure a smooth repair surface and prevent a bump or bulge being created when the tube is inflated.
	VLD6027 Special cement Special Cement BL. Accelerator solution for the application of PN repair patches. Special cement BL can be used for self vulcanisation starting from 18°C up to hot vulcanisation to 150°C
	VLD6029/VLD6063 Vulcanising fluid For the vulcanisation of tube patches. Rubber based valves and valve patches. Vapormatic vulcanising fluid is free of CFC's and aromatic compounds.
	VLD6030 Tyre talc Talcum Powder. Used to prevent repaired tubes and tyres from adhering to each other immediately after repair. Tyre Talc can also be used for dusting curing tubes and airbags. Comes in a 500g shaker can.
	VLD6025/VLD6026 Liquid buffer Liquid Buffer is a solvent used to remove silicones, talcs and other mould release agents from the inside of the tyre or tube prior to mechanical buffing. This product is available in 500ml or 1 litre cans.

Crossply tyre patch

Repair patches for the durable repair of crossply tyres of any size. The patch construction and the reinforcement materials are consistent with the different types of tyres, so that any tyre can be repaired without subjecting it to additional stress.

Tube patch

Euro Tube patches are suitable for the repair of cycle, motorcycle, car, truck and tractor tubes. Euro patches are an all black single scalloped edge patch which gives a perfect bond and 100% vulcanisation. 

Radial tyre patch

Repair patches for radial tyres of all sizes and applications. Suitable for both hot and self vulcanisation. All this series of patches have a marking area for the repairer to enter details of the repair.

	VLD6038 - Valve repair tool Repair tool for tyre valve threads, includes core removal tool.
	VLD6037 - Tyre repair fishing tool Tool designed to assist valve hole location when fitting tubes.
	VLD6074 - Digital tyre pressure gauge This simple yet robust tyre pressure gauge enables an uncomplicated method of testing tyre pressures with the precision required for most agricultural applications. The gauge will measure up to a maximum of 100PSI
	VLD6034 - Bead wedge The third hand you always need when fitting or removing the tyre to the rim. Simply clips over the edge of the rim to hold the tyre bead in place.
	VLD6028 - Bead lubricant Vapormatic tyre mounting paste has been developed to make the mounting of the tyre to the rim as easy as possible. For all standard applications VLD6028 has excellent lubrication properties and is extremely price/quality competitive. Comes in a 5kg container.
