Students from Bicton College undertook the mammoth challenge of stripping down and rebuilding with Vapormatic parts a very tired Massey Ferguson 35X in just 24 hours.
Below is a short one minute slide show video of the event, provided by Chris Jaworski at Bicton College.
The event, which took place in early March, was held in aid of Bicton Overseas Agricultural Trust (BOAT) charity, which raises funds to provide education and training to key agricultural trainers from developing nations.
All parts for the event were provided by Vapormatic, with tyres supplied by Firestone. BOAT will now showcase the tractor at various shows around the country, selling raffle tickets along the way, before the draw in November at the Newark Show. Tickets are only £1 - get your ticket now and support this charitable cause, contact BOAT call Bill Vellacott on 01884 277329 or email bv@woodbeer.eclipse.co.uk
