Charity tractor successfully rebuilt
Students from Bicton College have completed a 24 hour rebuild of a David Brown 880 Selectomatic tractor.
The tractor, donated to the Bicton Overseas Agricultural Trust (BOAT) was rebuilt by students of the college using parts donated by Vapormatic to support the charity.

Students from Bicton College have completed a 24 hour rebuild of a David Brown 880 Selectomatic tractor.
The tractor, donated to the Bicton Overseas Agricultural Trust (BOAT) was rebuilt by students of the college using parts donated by Vapormatic to support the charity.
The students were set the challenge of refurbishing the tractor in 24 hours from noon on Saturday 21st March and restoring it to its former glory. This included engine, steering and gearbox overhaul; new hydraulic parts and brakes.
