BOAT Tractor Raises Over £20,000
BOAT has again raised over £20,000 in 2009, thanks to the support of the agricultural community.
Newark Vintage Tractor and Heritage show
The self styled 'end of season show' always attracts a large crowd, no more so than this year. The Vapormatic stand was once again packed as visitors flocked to see our latest products, including our Short Motors and the new Vehicle Immobiliser system. Visitors were also treated to the Bicton and Lackham colleges battling it out to rebuild a tractor in the fastest time.
The Bicton Overseas Agricultural Trust (BOAT) raffled off a fully restored David Brown 880 Selectamatic tractor, which has been touring various shows around the country this year. Rebuilt using parts supplied by Vapormatic the tractor was transformed during a 24 hour rebuild, held at the beginning of the year.
