18 months ago during my time as a Major Account Sales Executive with DHL Express International.
What is your occupational history?
20 years experience with international logistics and freight forwarding companies.
Describe the relationship amongst colleagues in your department?
Very good, we try and make it fun.
Which development resources have you taken advantage of?
I plan to use the Global Performance Management process and explore John Deere Learning as a tool to aid my development.
Could you describe one of your current projects?
I am working on rationalising the sales order process with a view to improving internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. This has been particularly rewarding, as a new starter in the business, as it has allowed me to interact and build new and positive relationships with a wide range of colleagues.
How open is your manager to new ideas and future projects?
Very, particularly if the idea or project improves current practices, reduces errors, reduces workload and improves efficiency.
