    This short video dramatically simulates the dangers of having a damaged or unguarded PTO (Power Take Off) shaft. Using a straw dummy, the sleeve of the overalls is caught in the yoke of the PTO. As soon as the shaft is engaged, the dummy is pulled around the shaft with obvious and spectacular consequences.

    A very delighted Les Perkins from Worcester has won the Bicton Overseas Agricultural Trust [BOAT] fund-raising draw. First prize was a 1967 David Brown 990 tractor worth approximately £3,000, which had been fully restored by Bicton College.
